Rhythmic Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the art of performing various physical motions that require a flexible and supple body. Gymnastics is the demonstration of how one’s body is flexible and to what extent they can bend their limbs and move their body slowly. One of the defining characteristics of gymnastics is that the body movements have to be harmonious and in sync with each other. Today gymnastics is popular in nations such as the USA, Russia, and China. However, with the growth of sports in India, many young women are opting for gymnastics as their principal sport. Gymnastics helps children to develop healthy muscles and keeps them from developing unnecessary fat.
