Badminton

Badminton

Badminton is an interesting sport that involves two racquets and a shuttle and involves the back and forth hurling of the shuttlecocks by hitting it with the racquets. The game has been played since several centuries in Eurasia in various forms. However, the ancestor of the modern badminton lies in Victorian England, in the game of Battledore. The game spread throughout its colonies, especially India and became one of the most loved and enjoyed sports. The main benefit of badminton is that it helps the person with improving their motor controls by working directly on the hand to eye co-ordination. This helps the person in other aspects of their life where the coordination between eyes and hands matters a lot. In addition to this, badminton also helps in improving one's focus and stamina.
